Queanbeyan Park (Brad Haddin Oval) has an Australian Football field, turf Cricket pitch, 120m sprint track and 350m endurance track, all enclosed with lighting.

Upgrades to the playground have recently been completed. Out-dated play equipment and soft fall surface was replaced with new modern and accessible equipment and safety surfacing have been included. A mushroom house with mushroom table and chairs has been added. There is also a liberty swing which allows children in wheelchairs the opportunity to experience using a swing. Access to the liberty swing is via the MLAK (Master Locksmith Access Key) system. Keys are available for purchase through the MLAK website.

This area of the park is an alcohol free zone.

The park has a BBQ with shelter, water refill station with two bubblers, home and visitor change rooms, toilets (including a unisex disabled toilet), picnic tables, bins and a large oval for kids to run around as well as areas for kids to ride bikes.

Queanbeyan Park holds an international Green Flag Award. The Green Flag Award scheme recognises and rewards well managed parks and green space, setting the benchmark standard for the management of recreational outdoor spaces across the world.
