We have a burst water main on West Avenue in Queanbeyan.The earlier water main break has been fixed and water has been restored at Brereton Street.We have inspected West Avenue and the break will be repaired tomorrow, 28 March.
Due to a fire at Cleanaway St Mary's waste facility our Community Recycling Centres at Bungendore and Queanbeyan are temporarily unable to accept some items.

The Queanbeyan Animal Management Facility will be closed until further notice.
The Queanbeyan Aquatic Centre consists of a 25m indoor swimming pool, 50m outdoor swimming pool and an outdoor wet play area. There are also change rooms, toilets, showers, shaded areas, kiosk, picnic tables, seating and bins.
The outdoor 50m pool and wet play area open in October for the summer period.
