4 March - 12:15pm - We have a burst water main in Gilmore Road Queanbeyan. Water will need to be turned off while repairs are being made. The repairs are expected to take several hours. Surrounding streets may be affected.
Due to a fire at Cleanaway St Mary's waste facility our Community Recycling Centres at Bungendore and Queanbeyan are temporarily unable to accept some items.

The Queanbeyan Animal Management Facility will be closed until further notice.
Our water notices are delayed and will cover a longer period than usual. This may mean you have a higher water usage bill as it covers a longer period of time.
Allan McGrath Park has a small playground with swings, slide, truck ride, spinner and a log roller suited to younger children. There is also shade from large trees, seats and rubbish bins.
In addition there are also playing fields that are used for cricket and there is one synthetic junior pitch and three synthetic cricket practice nets.
